Q1. What are the opening hours?


A. The park is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The restaurant “Ajisai-an” is open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.



Q2. How can I access the park?


A. We are located at 345 Nishijima, Minobu-cho, Minamikoma-gun, Yamanashi Prefecture. If you are coming by car, there is parking available for 150 standard vehicles and 5 large vehicles (additional temporary parking is available). Information about public transportation is currently being prepared.



Q3. Are the restrooms available 24 hours?


A. Yes. The 24-hour restroom building located next to the parking area is available at all times, even outside of park operating hours. Nursing rooms are also available in this facility.



Q4. Are there nursing rooms and diaper-changing spaces?


A. Yes. There is one nursing room in the Fureai Hall and two in the 24-hour restroom building, for a total of three rooms. Diaper-changing spaces are also provided.



Q5. Do I need a reservation for the papermaking experience?


A. No reservation is needed for individual visitors. You can register on-site for experiences such as character papermaking, fan papermaking, and lantern papermaking. However, group visits require advance reservations. Please contact us for details.



Q6. What are the fees for the papermaking experiences?


A. Fees vary depending on the experience. Examples: Character papermaking – 1,100 yen, Fan papermaking – 1,800 yen, Lantern papermaking – 2,500 yen.



Q7. What kind of food is available at the restaurant?


A. The menu features local ingredients such as “Nishijima Miso Ramen” with Akebono soybeans, Yuba rice bowls, and Okara croquette set meals.



Q8. Is there a farmers’ market or local products for sale?


A. Yes. The direct sales area offers fresh local vegetables, processed foods, and local miso products.



Q9. How can I use the RV park and what are the fees?


A. The RV park has 5 spaces. The fee is 2,000 yen per night. Additional fees: 500 yen/day for power usage, and 500 yen/day for garbage disposal (optional). On-site registration is required. (The service will begin after the grand opening.)



Q10. Can I purchase washi paper products?


A. Yes. The Kamisuki-kan building has a washi shop that sells stationery, handcrafted goods, and gift items.
