Nishijima 2026 BON Festival at the Roadside Station!

We are pleased to announce the return of our annual summer event, the “Nishijima 2026 BON Festival,” held at the Roadside Station Nishijima Washi-no-Sato Kamisuki Park.

We have prepared a variety of attractions for the whole family to enjoy, including food stalls and food trucks that add color to the summer night, workshops where you can experience Japanese paper (washi) crafts, and various other vendor booths.

The venue will be lined with washi paper lanterns, creating a magical atmosphere with their gentle glow. Please enjoy dining and shopping while soaking in the unique ambiance of a summer evening.

To conclude the event, fireworks are scheduled to be launched at 8:00 PM. Come create wonderful summer memories as the fireworks light up the night sky.
